Original Artwork for Commission
For anyone interested in an "ORIGINAL CUSTOM CREATION", please read the following information, so we may begin the process of creating your own "Personalized Custom Artwork".
I am available for various types of customized commissions:
Small: (Tattoo Designs & 8"x10" Originals)
Medium: (16"x20" Originals & 18"x24" Originals)
Large: (30"x40" Originals & Murals)
*** Murals are a highly specialized process... Please contact me via "E-Mail" or "Snail-Mail" with specifications on where and what you are looking for. Special arrangements will be made.
What I will require from you:
1. Highly Detailed Information on What You Want (size, characters, clothing, poise, emotion, environment, details, specifics, etc)
2. Clear, High-Resolution Photographs (if necessary) depicting look and poise
3. Ideas of Desired Look (where it will be displayed, specifications for customization)
4. Contact Information (phone #, Email, and Mailing Address)
5. Contract Signed and Dated by Both Parties and Witnesses
The following steps will be taken upon a commissioned contract:
1. Several Rough Drafts are Drawn and Presented, to Determine the Most Desired Outcome
2. Once a Final Rough Draft is Approved, Work is Begun on the Original Piece
3. A Photograph will be Taken Approximately Every 25% Completed, and Sent to You to Verify Quality, Detail, Specifications, and Progress
4. During Production of the Original, a "Time Lapse Video" is Recorded onto Disc
5. Upon Completion of Your Artwork, Artwork is Sealed & Scanned onto Disc
6. Artwork is then Shipped via UPS & Insured
Based on the criteria of the project, the following documents/agreements may be needed:
1. Artist and Agent Agreement
2. Artist's Reserved Right
3. Commission Agreement
4. Model Release
5. Non-Disclosure Agreement
6. Reproduction Agreement
7. Transfer of Artwork Agreement
Pricing
Pricing is Determined by Several Various Factors:
1. Size
2. Level of Customization, Specifications, and Detail
3. Time Requirements
4. Reproductions Allowable or Not (if desired by artist)
*** On average, a custom detailed original (18"x24") will range from $300-$500, and a custom detailed original (30"x40") will range from $1,500 - $3,000. This covers everything mentioned above, as well as the 180+ hours spent on the artwork itself . Pricing and Payment Options will be discussed, and once agreed, the appropriate agreements will be signed and dated by both parties and witnesses. Both parties shall receive all of the necessary copies.
