We are in the back corner of the building, facing St. Vincent De Paul.
We have a fully equipped fitness center w/ free-weights & treadmills, a spacious & relaxing lobby with a wall-flush aquarium, 8' waterfall/pond, and 26" LCD for movies/class surveilance, and a very large fenced in outside seating area for families and pets.
For our Students, we have 9 Free-Standing XXL Wavebags, 6 Hydrocore Powerline Hanging Bags, 3 Speed Bags, 4 6'x12' Folding Mats, 1 6'x12' Landing Mat, Balance Beams, Outside Training Area, Loads of Equipment, and 2 spacious training floors!!!
